1. Subscription Terms (Purchase Options)

If you select a "Subscribe & Save" option at checkout, you agree to the following terms:

  • Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the selected interval (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 days). The payment method on file will be automatically charged at the start of each billing cycle.

  • Minimum Commitment: Unless otherwise stated on the product page, there is no long-term contract. You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time after your first order has been processed.

2. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time through your Customer Portal.

  • Self-Service: Log in to your account on our website and navigate to "Manage Subscriptions" to skip a delivery, change your frequency, or cancel.

  • Deadline: You must cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled renewal date to avoid being charged for the next shipment.

  • Late Cancellation: If you cancel after your order has successfully renewed and processed, the cancellation will apply to the following cycle. We cannot refund renewal charges once the order has entered our fulfillment queue.

3. Canceling or Modifying a Standard Order

We pride ourselves on fast processing. Because our orders are automatically synchronized with our fulfillment partner (Amazon Fulfillment Services) shortly after placement, the window to cancel an order is extremely small.

  • Cancellation Window: You may request to cancel or modify your order within 1 hour of placing it by emailing hello@caramelabeauty.com with the subject line: "CANCEL ORDER [Your Order #]".

  • After 1 Hour: Once an order has been transmitted to our fulfillment center, it cannot be stopped or modified. Even if you have not yet received a tracking number, the order is likely already in the packing queue.

  • If We Cannot Cancel: If the order has already been processed, you will need to wait for the item to arrive and then follow our Return Policy to return the unopened product for a refund.

4. Address Changes

For the safety of our customers and to prevent fraud, we cannot change a shipping address once an order has been processed. Please review your shipping details carefully at checkout.

  • If you catch an error immediately (within 1 hour), please email us.

  • If the order has already shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, Caramela Beauty is not responsible for a replacement or refund.

5. Refunds on Subscription Renewals

We send email notifications 3 days prior to upcoming subscription renewals. It is the customer's responsibility to manage their subscription settings.

  • Policy: We do not offer refunds for "accidental" renewals if the subscription was not cancelled prior to the renewal date. The product will be shipped as scheduled.
