At Caramela Beauty, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Processing includes receiving your order, verifying information, and submitting it to our fulfillment partner for packing.

You will receive a notification email with tracking information once your order has officially shipped.

Please Note: During high-volume periods (new product launches, sales, or holidays), processing may take an additional 1-2 days.
2. Fulfillment & Packaging
To ensure the fastest possible delivery, we utilize a third-party fulfillment partner (Amazon Fulfillment Services) to store and ship our inventory.

Important: Your package may arrive in Amazon-branded packaging or standard brown boxes. This is normal and ensures your products are handled by one of the most reliable logistics networks in the country.
3. Shipping Methods & Rates
We currently offer Standard Shipping for all domestic orders.

Method: Standard Ground Shipping

Estimated Transit Time: 3–5 Business Days (after the 2–4 day processing window)

Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours.

Carriers: We utilize multiple carriers depending on your location, including USPS, UPS, and Amazon Logistics (TBA tracking numbers).
5. Domestic Shipping Only
Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for all items; please check specific product pages for restrictions.
6. Damages & Issues
Caramela Beauty is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors and wait 24 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages early.
7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Caramela Beauty is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping fees.
